The Board of Directors on this the 3^rd day of March, 2005

does hereby inaugurate the establishment of a special award

to be named the

Carl W. Scheffel Sr. Award

 for outstanding service to be presented to individuals who have contributed long term support of the Association and its functions. 

An award may recognize a member from the public sector and/or

a member from the private sector.

Recipients will be determined and selected by the Board.

This award is hereby established by the unanimous approval of the

MAE Board of Director’s.
